The hotel offers modest amenities which reflect its value proposition. The communal areas, like the bar and lounge, encouraged social interaction, making it perfect for meeting fellow travelers. Wi-Fi access was reliable, an essential feature for any marine biologist needing to keep in touch with research. While the room was basic, it included heating and a flat-screen TV. I found myself enjoying the peaceful garden area, which made for a nice spot to unwind after a day of hiking or exploring ticket-assisted tours.
